Guidelines for submission

Submission Guidelines

The Social & Moral Brain seminar will feature keynote speakers, individual talks, and poster sessions selected through an open call for submissions. To foster meaningful exchange in an inclusive and focused setting, attendance will be limited. Therefore, all prospective attendees are required to submit an abstract for either a talk or a poster presentation in order to be considered for participation.

Presentation Formats

  • Individual Talk: Each talk will last a maximum of 15 minutes, followed by 5 minutes of Q&A. Talks must be presented by a single speaker.
  • Poster Presentation: Each session will last 1 hour, with one presenter per poster. Posters must be prepared in either portrait or landscape orientation, in A1 size (594 x 841 mm).
